The Christian’s call is to think and live the way of Christ. Motivated by His love, we are to humbly serve our fellow man by putting others first. Rather than withdrawing from the world, He asks us to engage the world, living as salt and light, rejoicing in all that is good in society while striving to make a difference.

Dr. Os Guinness, Dick Keyes, and Andrew Fellows are some of the featured speakers at the 2010 L'Abri Conference. Dick Keyes will moderate a panel at the opening of the conference on Thursday night, August 5, along with a free “Introduction to L’Abri" plenary session and lecture. This is a great opportunity for those who are not sure about registering for the full conference. Over the four days and evenings registrants will be treated to a menu of 35 insightful workshops, lectures, sermons and special events, including a “Movie and Discussion” night, a night of jazz and musician interview, a curated art show with a meet-the-artists session, and dining and fellowship opportunities. The 2010 conference is designed to affirm that Christianity is an intellectually reasonable world-view, is relevant, and that those who believe in Christ are brought into a real relationship with the living God, resulting in an internal confirmation, and an external outworking, of the truth. With an emphasis on the arts, culture, and faith, the conference will help you better understand how to genuinely and humbly engage others for Christ.
